We had a complete main drain blockage on the Sunday afternoon before the MLK holiday. Basement drain backed up with crud on the basement floor. What a mess!

I had a terrible drainage issue which kept from being able to use water in my house. Flinns came out with two workers, lots of equipment, and a hard working professional ethic. The first day, they worked on the drainage issue from the interior, and then completed the work from the exterior the next day. Today Noah from Flinn’s came out to help with a major sewer line blockage at our church. Another company had assessed the situation and said the blockage was impenetrable and that we would need to jackhammer through the concrete floor of the building to repair or replace the pipe. My family and I would highly recommend Jay with Flinn's Rooter Service. Another plumber with another company had been called first to address the seal at the base of the toilet. A few days after they finished, there was some leakage of water from somewhere from the back of the toilet. At this point I was going to go with a new plumber. I went online and saw the reviews on Flinn's. I read the reviews on Jay, who came highly recommended. I came across Flinn's by blind luck while trying to find out about work that was done on my home by its previous owners. It turned out Flinn's hadn't performed the previous work, but Eugenia asked me what I had going on. I explained that we had been having drainage issues, and that our main drain had been diagnosed with roots under the concrete in our basement. Noah was able to come out and have a look the next day, and gave us a less invasive option than the first company we spoke to, which also happened to cost 1/3 less.
Noah ended up installing a NuFlow liner in our cast iron main line, up to where it meets the PVC in our yard. This meant no tearing up of our concrete slab, which I was very thankful for. I believe ours was a technically difficult job, but Noah and his colleague worked diligently for the greater part of two days and got it done. While it's never fun spending a large amount of money when you weren't planning for it, I felt confident in Noah's diagnosis and plan, and his expertise was evident in discussion with him about our options, as well as during the work. I'm grateful for the quick timeline we were able to complete the project on, and that I was made aware of the liner technology that was used in our repair. Noah was a pleasure to work with, and very responsive via text, even on the weekend. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, although hopefully my plumbing woes are over now.

We had an amazing experience with Flinn's. They were recommended by another plumber due to the need of special equipment to unclog our main sewer line. We contacted them late in the day and were contacted right back and were able to set something up that night for the very next morning which we were thankful for.
Jay came out and began looking at our problem and pointed out a water damage problem the clog had caused that we likely would not have noticed until it had done some pretty bad damage. Jay discovered what the problem was and while we had originally called for a main line clog, he let us know that the problem was likely more isolated which ended up saving us some money in the long run. We really appreciated that honesty versus charging us for work that didn't necessarily need to be performed.
The very next day the owner reached out to me via text to see how the issue was going and told me to keep in touch about it. He followed up several times after that to make sure everything was okay and even answered a couple questions that I had. You just don't get that kind of customer service at most businesses anymore. We have full faith in Flinn's and will certainly use their services in the future if needed. Thank you Jay, Noah, and team!

Contacted this service and immediately was contacted back. Two representatives came by our house to investigate the problem which appears to be an eroded cast iron pipe vent drain connected to our washing machine. Their estimate was much more in our price range of what fit our budget that another estimate we received from another company. They wanted several thousand. We are on their schedule for fixing the problem. The owner texted me the following day just to follow-up on the visit and that we are on their schedule for the fix.
